The Mission of the Church has not changed

Post-Christendom is a term that refers to a new emerging relationship between the church and the state. One remembers the days when Christianity and the church served as the center of our culture and community experiences. The Christian narrative and all that it represents provided the context for morals and behavior for the community and the country at large. Sunday was set apart for worship, rest and the family. Marathons, Motor events or markets days were never scheduled for Sunday mornings, those were the days when religious music was mostly played on the radios; outdoor activities were minimal.
